  Absolutely useless. Took weeks to get to the point of order as had to keep chasing them, only to be told that the stone mason could no longer supply our chosen stone, could only get hearth apparently. Rep ordered hearth too small and we now have a whopping great gap on either side of it. Looks ridiculous. No one there is even interested, take days/weeks to call back (if they even bother). Oh, and they also ordered our burner in the wrong colour. Dreadful company. I'd go elsewhere if given the chance again.
